Coordinate of all activity of an export order from beginning to completion of the order (From the Purchase Order, Pro-forma invoice, Order Confirmation to factory, Calculation of qty./pallet/container, work closely with the factory to make sure the order is processed, packaged and sent in a timely manner, coordinate getting export documents, liaison with C&F agent to coordinate smooth processing of consignment for shipping, send all export documents to the Commercial Dept. to be sent to customer and relevant parties. . Keep a record of all inquiry with follow up actions taken or to be taken with the ultimate goal of converting each inquiry into a sales. Qualification: . Education- B.S. or Engineering with an interest in sales for export. .
