Job Description

    Job Description
    • Obtain & document business requirements by interacting with all stakeholders.
    • Generate process flow diagrams and other required documentation where applicable.
    • Conduct data mining & analysis to support recommendations and necessary action items.
    • Review data and perform analysis in SAP GL/Business objects.
    • Solution best way to approach requirements from application and data perspective.
    • Maintain partnership with the Client, Technology and Operations on the Design, Build and Testing of requirements.
    • Assist clients with any query on the project.
    • Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts.
    • Provide status to project working group.
    • Assist in managing the overall project governance.
    • Assist with defining and documenting operating model.
    • Write User Stories, and contribute towards organizing these into Themes and Epics.
    • Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders.
    Skills:
    • Data mining skills utilizing various report writers, Oracle developer tools, attaching tables via MS Access, etc. to retrieve data for analysis;
    • SAP to retrieve data from database;
    • MS office
    • Ability to draw conclusions from data analysis and effectively communicate them to management and project team.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational, problem-solving skills, negotiation and analytical skills
    • Excellent desktop/spreadsheet/database skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities
    • Ability to build and maintain partnerships within the various product aligned businesses and across other corporate groups
    • Ability to quickly understand workings of a complex processing system and general ledger systems across the infrastructure and their interrelationships and dependencies
    • Aptitude for learning and leveraging systems and data flows
