Job Description

    We are looking for a Fertility Center Manager for a series A funded D2C Wellness Startup.Job Profile:BusinessSetup new fertility center and create a business launch planAccountable for revenue, costs & profitability of fertility centersDrive customer acquisition, retention and drive repeat businessEstablish company brand in the locality with sales and marketing campaignsPeopleLead hiring, training and managing healthcare professionals & center staffCounsel the patient & family members about the benefits & risks of treatment plansManage customer service, success rate, complaints and escalationsGather customer feedback using survey forms to drive improvement areasOperationsManage center experience with high standards of hygiene & cleanlinessMaintain database of patient records using CRMDevelop process & systems to manage customer experience and center performanceManage statutory compliances, licensing as per regulation to operate a clinicManaging the budget, billing system, inventory, stock and supplies for the clinicCreate a playbook for center management to facilitate future launches of new centerRequirement:Graduate / Diploma in relevant field4 years of exp. in setting up or manage IUI, IVF, Fertility center with a branded chainProven track record in managing fertility businessPassion, knowledge & empathic attitude to create a caregiver atmosphere at the centerExceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in computer skills including hands-on experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
