Area & Village surveys to explore business potential in designated Branch. Managing & mentoring the sales team of 4-6. Loan appraisals and portfolio management. Responsible for achieving business targets. Cross sell of financial products of Bank like FD/RD/Insurance, etc. Coordinating with cross verticals for processing business. Delinquency management Responsible for overall Branch performance Audit compliances Prior experience of working in home loan/mortgages department is a must and would be an added advantage Must be a local candidate ( Same district or nearby place) Willing to travel by two wheeler Should own a two wheeler with Driving license Excellent communication skills verbal, and written Experience in retail assets/ personal loan/ auto loans/ micro housing loans as sales officer. Problem solving Keenness to learn and detail oriented Education 3yrs or MBA ,if experience is Knowledge & Skills Understanding of Small Business Banking, Assessment of Business Potential of the area, Assessment of Client Requirements, Knowledge of Working Capital and Term Loans etc. Other Banking Products Loan Documentation Sales experience in Home Loan/LAP/Mortgage/Working Capital. ,
