Job Description

    Senior Finance Accountant Manager Experience 6-7 years Education Qualification - Semi CA/ CA, ICWA, MBA (Finance)Mandatory ZOHO books (work exp, 2 years), having knowledge of Reports generation, B/S closer, Auditing. Thorough knowledge of TDS administration, PF, PT, Roc, MCA, Company Secretaires ComplianceHaving knowledge of Administration of Dentures and share issuance, FEMA complianceA competent professional with 6/7 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts and Finance Expertise in establishing high-growth, profitable operations of substantial impact, reaching business and profit goals with corporate financing strategies, cost control, and financial solutions Proficiency in managing and coordinating all reporting activities for the organization, including organizational revenue/ expense and balance sheet reports, development, and monitoring of Annual Operating Plan and Budgets. Excellence in managing end-to-end activities for ensuring completion of various audits within defined time in collaboration with Statutory & Management Auditors. Effective communicator and strong leadership skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Key Skills Financial Management ERP (Navision) Implementation Compliance Management Budgeting and Cost Optimization MIS Reporting Working Capital Management Stock and Cost Auditing Tax Structuring Team Management Supervising finance functions and facilitating internal financial process & risk controls as per business plans Generating MIS & monitoring movement of key business indicators including debtors control, Cash Flow, fund flow management to facilitate decision-making Generating Margin Testing Reports business segment wise, productise and Customer wise for Management Designing annual report, tax audit report, income tax return Dealing with Statutory Auditors and Tax consultants for assessment proceedings of the company Developing and Supervising Accounts, Tax & Treasury function by creating a robust internal financial process & risk controls matrix Driving monthly management reporting & monitoring movement of key business indicators such as debtor control, fund flow management, Balance Sheet to facilitate decision-making Developing Tax-efficient strategy to reduce tax leakage Dealing with Bankers for raising funds for Business Dealing with Auditors to close audit in timely and efficient manner Providing inputs to management for negotiations with clients cost control & planning for mid-course corrections, and preparation of MIS for management Maintaining and Finalizing accounts independently Supervising finance functions and facilitating internal financial process & risk controls as per business plans Generating MIS (Hyperion) & monitoring movement of key business indicators including debtor control, fund flow management to facilitate decision-making, reconciliation of Inter Co statements Designing annual report, tax audit report, income tax return Handling of International Audit.
