    Leading UK BPO HIRINGInterested please call MAHEK hidden_mobile and drop CV at hidden_emailRole: Analyst/ Sr Analyst Finance (FP&A)Location Mumbai (Vikhroli)Shift: 1 pm 10 pmDesired Candidate:MBA with 1 3 years experience in FP&A ORCA Inter 1- 3 years experience in FP&A ORBcom with 3 plus years experience in FP&AFP&A (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) cannot be from Financial research or financialdata analysis roles.Good Communication skillsShould be comfortable working in 1 pm 10 pm shiftCandidates from Mumbai preferred. Candidates from other parts of Maharashtra ready torelocate can be considered.Responsibilities:Work with the Business/ BU Controller/ BU Finance Manager and execute the following responsibilities:Prepare various reports for P&L analysis and cost analysis to monitor business performanceagainst forecast/ Business planPrepare/ update challenge tracker on monthly basisEnsure correct cost and revenue are posted in each GL category, engage with SSC for anymovements and corrections requiredHelp with revenue analysis, including invoice register, aged debtors, WIP and Project costanalysisSupport with preparation of accruals/ prepayments (which requires in depth business cost baseunderstanding) and engage with SSC to post thosePrepare payroll analysis file and provide comments on major variance against forecastUpdating forecast changes in Axiom (including payroll)Prepare Balance sheet reconciliation on periodic basis and provide commentary as known/requiredRoll over working capital fileRoll out templates required for forecasting, consolidate updates on forecasting requirement andpresent same for approvalHaving calls with Project Manager/Service Leads to discuss project/service performance (ProjectMPRs)Prepare project reporting analysis and project profitability reportingAssist with the preparation of MPR packs and Flash reporting (Pre, Mid and Final) and providerelevant commentary on material movementsOngoing cooperation with SSC (involves invoice requests, PO request, GRNs, project code/ WBScreations, time movements/costs recharges, etc)Driving Aged WIP, Aged AR follow-up and provide management comment against overdue linesWorking on Ad-hoc request as instructed by BU FM/FCSupporting and preparing reports for interim contract reviews,
