Job Description

    Urgent opening for Finance MangerWe are looking for Male candidate :
    1. MBA with finance background/ Inter CA/ CA
    2. Astt Manager Finance
    3. Location:Mumbai
    4. Budget- 6 to 7 L per annum
    • New Person - Job Description
    • a Weekly Cash Flow Planning & Vendor Payments Plan
    • b Ledger Scrutiny for Vendor ledgers. Follow up for pending bills. Pass necessary accounting Entries for Knocking of Advances Vs Bills.
    • c Creditors Ageing Report prepartion based on Vendor Ledgers in Tally
    • d To maintain an update and register of all the expenses being incurred at the HO & follow up with operations team for the bills to be booked
    • e To Check the Daily Producion, Packing & Dispatch Entries into ERP & followup with Factory Production Team for the pending entries if any.
    • f Monthly PNL & Quarterly BS Closing
    • g Help in New ERP Implementation & Parallel Run Data Entry
    • h GST Notice/ IT Notice related work ( as & when it comes )
    • i To keep track on CWIP Projects & accounting of Fixed Assets Capitalisation .Depreciation working as per Companies Act & Income Tax Act.
    • j Activities connected to Statutory Audit, GST Audit
    • k Quarterly Stock Verification at the Karad Factory
    • l Advance Income Tax Working & Payment ( Quarterly)
    • m Factory Overheads Loading Working on Sales, WIP & FG Stock.
    • n Preparation of MIS like SKU wise Sales Productwise/ Sales Order wise Yield / Input-Out Ratio
    • o Filing of Monthly GST Returns
    • p GST Refund
