We are a team of close to 200 members, based across Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi and Ahmedabad.we are looking at hiring candidates for Corporate Finance Team.Our website address is - www.zipgrid.comDesignation : Corporate Finance ManagerType of opportunity: Full TimeDepartment : Corporate FinanceLocation :Phoenix Market City, Kurla (Mumbai)Responsibilities for the role: - Will be responsible for overviewing entire process of Accounts.- Must ensure timely payment to statutory compliances - GST, TDS, PF, PT- Laisoning with Statutory Auditor- Will be responsible for processing monthly payroll/salaries for all employees.- Prepare and submit periodic MIS as per company requirement.- Coordinating with Company Secretary for Secretarial Compliance related to accounting and finance matters.- Ensure FEMA compliance for investment from foreign national is handled.- Coordinating with other departments within the organization for matters relating to Accounts and Finance.Experience: 5+ years of experience (4+ in case of premium B-school / qualified CA) Handled end-to-end corporate finance function earlier.Qualification: CA / MBA - finance / inter-CAPersonal Attributes:-Good Interpersonal & Communication skills- Assertive- Communication Skills- Team Player- Strong Coordination SkillsDo keep in mind that this role requires you to: - Be comfortable to work 6 days a week.- Week off will be on Sunday
