Job Description

They have 5 main product categories Oral care, Massagers, Grooming Products, Supports, Essentials.Role- Finance Managerexperience- 5 to 13 yearslocation- Mahalaxmi, Mumbai( On-Site)Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and provide strategic financial guidance to our organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, analysis, reporting, and budgeting activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and driving the overall financial health of the company.Responsibilities-Accounting & Tax
    1. Oversee day to day Accounting
    2. Responsible for monthly closing of books
    3. Share monthly MIS on profitability and health of the business
    4. Responsible for TDS and GST compliances - managing output/ input of GST across multiple states
    5. Ensure all Statutory compliances are met
    Finance
    1. Maintain Banking Relations forregular account operation
    2. Assist with loan servicing operations/ documentation etc.
    3. Manage working capital effectively
    4. Responsible for Commercial Finance: Trade Discounts, Credit Period, ROI,
    5. E-commerce Reconciliations: Sales Expenses, Customer Profitability, Outstanding
    6. Approving & Timely Payments
    7. Identifying areas of risk mitigation
    SOPs Process
    1. Build a robust F&A team with strong process and compliance mindset
    2. Set up SOPs and process to be followed
