Job Description

    Company is in Textile industry and manufacturing of socks have a factory at Palghar and head office in Sewri. They are looking at adding Floor Supervisor in their teamDetails of the Job OpeningLocation : Palghar.Experience: 5 yearsQualification: Any GraduationIndustry: Textile IndustryDesignation - Floor SupervisorCTC: 6.5 LacsThe personality of the person to be confident andsmart in communication skills.Job responsibilities:Objective:Main goal is to ensure that planning and floor activities are going as planned.Any variance between planned production and actual must be reported immediately and a solution must be arrived at with the respected HODFinal Goal is to ensure there is zero variance between floor and plan of the production .Must watch all WIP physically reports are being submitted to managementGoing to each Production related department and checking with the HOD for the below points:Knitting - all machines are runningToe closing - right material is being taken up and checking the quality of the Rosso/ linkingPressing - quality of the pressing is being looked into (material which is washed is taken into pressing with 1 hour)Stitching - material is being kept neatly into storage boxesStores / yarn department displayed on the outer boxesPacking department - material is given to the packing department on time
