Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!we have opening forFMS AdministratorJob Responsibilities:a. Overall Responsibility of ensuring timely IT support delivery to BPCL users/partners/customers.b. SPOC for all related communication between BPCL Management and FM/CSD resources.c. Manpower Management - Induction, Training, Supervision and Performance Review of the FM/CSD resources.d. Call Management and Call Analysis to meet the specified SLAs.e. Liaising with BPCL teams, vendors etc. for resolution of support cases.f. Manage Customer Service Issues and Escalationsg. Strategic and operational planning and coordination for existing and new projects.h. MIS and Reporting: Generation of meaningful reports and insights as required by BPCL management and submit them for periodic review/analysis.i. Find ways to increase quality of customer service and continuous IT services improvement through incorporation of industry best practices.j. Coordination for billing and payments related to FMS/CSD/On-Callresources.5 years of experience in IT support and services profileB.E. /B. Tech in Information Technology/ Computer Science from a recognized universityITIL Certified from recognized certification authorityManaged a team of at least 20 resources for a minimum of one yearLocation-Mahul (Chembur)Regards, HR Team
