Job Description

    SALARY: 2.5 Lacs LOCATION : Mumbai, Maharashtra, India VACANCIES: 2 QUALIFICATION: BE/ B.Tech/ BSc MALE/FEMALE: Female EXPERIENCE: 0 - 2 years JOB DETAILS This job plays an important role of continuously improving our products and services. It will give the candidate a unique opportunity to learn by working together with top experts in the country. The purpose is aligned with the overall goal of Teplu which is to improve the income of farmers by helping them start new businesses or implement scientific management practices in their farms. Work Profile Responsibilities include: 1. Your job as a product executive is to evaluate the product-market fit of our online courses and recommend changes to improve end results. 2. Speak to our online learners, monitor progress to make learning effective. 3. Educate prospective customers about importance of scientific management practices through contact programmes. 4. Make presentations to farmer groups through online webinars 5. Support the content development process at Teplu & co-ordinate the creation & management of online courses. 6. Conducting market research and evaluating the market potential in various sectors linked to farming. 7. Supporting the marketing team with content for increasing customer acquisition 8. Manage enrolment of students and administration of courses 9. Any other responsibility related to new product development Ideal Candidate Profile Freshers or with upto one year work experience with BSc Agri, B-tech / M-tech Food Technology, MSc Dairy Science or equivalent degree from a reputed college. An indepth understanding and strong hold on the subjects in Dairy, meat processing, Livestock Production Management, Nutrition is expected. Preference will be given to candidates with a flair for content writing. More than a formal qualification, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and plenty of initiative to solve problems is expected. Candidate must be proficient in English, Hindi & Marathi.
