In Medical Affairs we are encouraged to collaborate, grow, and work on new ways to increase our impact in the community.Medical Affairs is a strategic pillar in transforming clinical practices through trusted partnerships across healthcare ecosystems, improving access and outcomes through patient-centric approach.Lead the country Franchise Medical Team, develop the Franchise Medical Strategy and executes it through and operational Medical Plan. Coach and develop team members as well as represent Medical in country Franchise Leadership Team.Your responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the Franchise Medical team and represent Medical Franchise in the country Medical leadership team to develop the Franchise strategy aligned with business priorities and execute it through an operational Franchise Medical Plan Lead the cross-functional Franchise Medical Team to ensure optimal collaboration within the country and Global Teams.
