Job Description

    Patient Counsellor JDQi Spine clinics transform and improve the lives of hundreds of patients suffering from back and neck pain across the country every day. With over 200 spine specialists, and an expert orthopaedic panel comprising of Indias leading spine surgeons, we are the worlds largest team of medical professionals dedicated to understanding, researching, diagnosing and treating spinal disorders. The medical team at QI Spine clinic is required to undergo a specialised training, devised by a senior team of Drs and surgeons to recognize and treat over 100 different types of back pain.QI Spine clinic today has a success record of 91% in treating even the most severe conditions. We have delivered complete non-surgical recovery to over 10000 patients, who had been prescribed surgery. Our greatest win is the use of technology to eliminate the blindspot in the detection of the cause of back pain. QI has thus, sparked a knowledge based, positive health revolution in India.Job Responsibility:
    • Responsible for day to day operations & overall financial performance of the clinic.
    • Daily coordination with consultant / clinic head basis of the treatment advised by them.
    • Helps patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment)
    • Explain the tariff of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail.
    • Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data).
    • Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing).
    • Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts.
    • Follow up with patients at all stages.
    • Doctor for life - Responsible for long term relationship management with the patient.

    • Any HSC/Graduate
