Job Description

Candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline with 0-5 years experience (In hospital setup)for the position of Front-Office Executive.Qualification: Graduate in any disciplineDepartment: Front-OfficeExperience: 0-5 YrsSkills: Communication Skills/E-mail Drafting SkillsBroad Function:Providing the information about the OPD & hospital services on phone & in personal.Guiding the patient to the respective floors, service rooms, consultants roomScheduling the appointments for services & consultationRegistration of the patientOPD billing for service voucher, consultation voucher & procedure vouchersCollection of the paymentHandling refunds.Handling grievances related to billing.Cancellations & Rescheduling of appointments for consultation & servicesMaintaining the leave register of consultants & information about the locum doctor available.Giving the information to the patient about the pre investigation steps to be followed e.g. drink water, empty stomach, overnight fasting etc.Guiding the patient to the customer care executive for personalised care & assistance if requiredInforming the patient about the time of report delivery & Location to collect the reportHanding over the feedback to the patient/relativeCo-ordinating Reporting to the Sr.Executive & Asst Manager Admission & BillingProviding the information regarding the tariff structure alongwith the General instructions to the patientMaintaining the record of vouchers, registration forms and other documents.Co-ordinating with various departments.ie: Nursing Staff, Housekeeping, F & B, Customer care, Maintenance, Admission & Billing, PCA, Pharmacy for smooth flow for the movement of Patient & their relativesMaintaining the record of the Credit Party bills & ensuring that the same are forwarded to the Credit Control Cell on daily basisKeeping track for major Complaints which are not resolved by C.C.E.Giving special attention to V.I.P patients & ensure that all their formalities are completed without any delay and as per any specific instructions (if given) from Higher Authorities.Collecting payment for car parking charges and coordinating with security/valet driver for vehicle handover.Coordinating with security/valet driver/housekeeping/F & B staff for smooth operational flow.Any other task allotted by Asst. manager-operations from time to time.Principal Responsibilities:Personalized Healthcare Services to OPD PatientsHandling Front Desk,
