Its core client base is individual investors, small- to medium-size businesses and institutions, and high net worth families and individuals.The Practice Area Group (PAG) that owns this position is known as FA Platforms (FAP). It provides technology solutions for MS Branch Management and Financial Advisors and CSA. The Technology Suite includes 3D Advisor Desktop, 3D Mobile and a comprehensive set of Business Components that enable the delivery of Client and Portfolio Financials, Client Reporting, Market Data and Business Management capabilities to end users.- Work as a full stack (Java and Angular) developer in Strategic Client Reporting supporting Benchmarks, Book Level Performance, MSPM OPS Tools applications in MSAS, Mumbai. Candidate would have strong technical background and expertise in web based and batch application development.- Coordinate with business analysts and product owners to analyze requirements.- Develop stable technical solution which is robust and scalable as per business needs.- Provide hands-on code development and testing based on the project delivery needs.- Ensure that system architecture and integration design standards are in alignment with broader platform strategies and business goals.- Work closely with business analysts and other technology partners on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth delivery of projects in Agile Model.- Develop subject matter expertise and provide application support., *Primary skills5-8 years of experience on working with Java/JEE, Spring, ORM, Web services RESTful, Webserver (Apache Tomcat preferred).Excellent Core Java, Spring and Hibernate programming skills.Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks like Angular, React, ExtJS.Hands-on knowledge of working on multi-threaded application.Experience working with MemCached or any other distributed caching system.Experience developing batch applications in Python, Scala and Apache Spark.Experience in DB2, data modeling, advanced SQL, stored procedures and performance tuning.Excellent Design skills (Design Patterns).Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience with Junit, JProfiler/Jprobe, or any other profiling tool.Unix or Linux development with advanced scripting skills (ksh/bash, awk).Strong desire to understand and learn domain.Good to have skillsSource control (preferably Git) and continuous Integration toolsExperience in working using Agile methodologyExperience in financial applications and data
