*Global Transaction Reporting (GTR) Technology serves the global transaction regulatory reporting requirements of the firm. These requirements span OTC derivatives, listed derivatives and cash products. The regulations covered are across America, Europe, and Asia and involve major initiatives. The exciting agenda over the next few years comprises of 4 key work streams: Re-platforming & Remediation, Securities Financing Transaction Reporting (SFTR), Efficiency & Control and MIFID II (Day 2) & Brexit. The Global Transaction Reporting team is looking for Functional Tester to join the growing global team in Mumbai which also has presence in London, Glasgow, and New York. The position will be working on Global Regulatory reporting projects like CFTC, Korea, EMIR and other respective controls that are critical and driven by the regulatory requirement/deadlines., *Core skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skill Should be able to communicate effectively with Teams and able to validate Testing Criteria is sufficient as part of Requirement Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test strategy Experience in analysing the Business requirements / user stories Should have experience in Capital markets (OTC derivatives) Regulatory Reporting will be added advantage Should have experience in testing tools - ALM, Jira, SQL and Unix Experience working in Agile development process Self-motivated, interactive, hard-working, energetic, organized and detail-oriented Well Versed with Testing Process Senior Functional Tester: - Experience in managing testing team - Experience in maintaining high levels of quality and consistency of approach within testing team - Experience in management reporting - Confident and strong communicator who is able to present/discuss management reports in senior management meetings
