Job Description

    General Manager Finance - Consumer HealthcareOur Client is a leader in manufacturing in the healthcare sector in India. The company manufactures, distributes, and sells branded healthcare consumer products. This is driven by a strong, recognizable brand that has been in the Indian market for over 30 years. Our clients business also includes a fast-growing export business and headquartered in Mumbai and has a manufacturing base in Gujarat where it has recently completed construction on a manufacturing facility built to international standards and is supported by a global private equity firm which works closely with the CEO and management team to drive growth and value in the business.JOB DESCRIPTION :- Preparation of Annual Budget of the Company and its affiliates in co-ordination with different stakeholders like CFO, Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Finance team at Factory, HR etc.- Giving analytical insights into various aspects of the Annual Budget.- Preparing and presenting the MIS and other monthly Finance reports.- Responsible for preparation of the Board deck to be presented to the Board of Directors of the Company.- Handling Legal, Secretarial and Compliances in relation to the Company law, FEMA, Customer payments etc. (excluding the Factory related Legal matters).- Facilitate conducting Board meetings, AGM and EGMs of the Company.- Handling the Statutory Audit of the Company along with Factory Finance team and ensuring it is completed smoothly with no major variations/observations.- Leading Internal Audit for corporate office and ensuring its presentation to Audit Committee.- Treasury management on day-to-day basis and interaction with the Bankers and ensure smooth flow of banking operations.- Ensuring all the required details are shared with the Bank on timely basis, for eg. Stock, Inventory, Receivables, FFR, Financials etc.- Ensure Banking, RBI and FEMA related compliances are done on any new investments from overseas- Ensuring the Statutory payments of TDS, Advance tax, PF and Profession Taxes are made on time.- Preparing weekly/monthly/annual Cash flow forecasting and reviewing it on regular basis.- Managing the Receivables of the Company and reducing the outstanding receivables amount as well as daily sales outstanding number.- Manage the Payables in lines with the monthly/quarterly/annual Cash flow plan to align with the procurement planning.- Approving the Purchase Orders in the ERP system.- Approving the expense vouchers up to defined limits. Handling ERP related issues of Corporate Office- Handling ERP related issues of Corporate Office- Involving in the strategic discussions and analysis and taking forward as per the requirements.- Supporting in finalizing agreements with various overseas distributors and other commercial agreements.- Support data points and suggested pricing for products, both domestic and international.,
