Job Description

    *The Role Responsibilities To support the CIO Technology Finance Data team in its objectives through a mix ofData Analysis and Data Modelling
    • play a lead role in data analysis and data modelling for Finance and Treasury data.
    • has strong functional knowledge to be able to interpret use case requirement.
    • engage with stakeholders during data requirement gathering and analysis and value add to business requirements.
    • have the necessary data and business process knowledge to design target data model / data mart or map to vendors banking industry data models.
    • strong in conceptual banking data attributes and able to relate these to respective application systems.
    • know the fundamentals of data warehouse architecture and design from sourcing to consumption.
    Project Delivery
    • The chapter lead for data requirement and data model mapping.
    • Mobilise the team resources agilely across activities and phases.
    • Effectively engage with vendor consultants and project leads from Data tribe / squad and across other squads to deliver quality outcomes within planned timelines.
    Our Ideal Candidate
    • Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Finance or Accountancy
    Role Specific Technical Competencies
    • Good working knowledge of banking application systems and business process
    • Some working experience in business solutions, data analysis and design within the banking industry
    • Data integration and data warehousing
    • Financial and Regulatory reporting
    • Risk Management (Credit, Market)
    • Data Mapping to Banking Industry Data Model (One or more of the above)
    • Have done in depth data modelling (conceptual, logical and physical) supporting the above areas
