GROUP OPS - CREDIT LIFEJob PurposeResponsible for end-to-end Supervision and managing the Operational activities of GroupMortgage Administration of Banking relationship clients ensuring that the same is deliveredwith adherence to all statutory, regulatory and internal guidelines. Ensuring optimum usage oftechnical and human resources to support the planned business growth in accordance with theagreed business strategy, mitigating the financial losses.Plan implementation,Meeting servicing needs,TATs, Accuracy andCustomer SatisfactionExecute all transactions falling under the ambit of the Banca within set targets of TATs & accuracy by applying appropriate checks & balances in every activity Execute assigned projects as per defined schedule & milestones & provide inputs Ensure that all approvals are obtained for executing exceptions Visit clients regularly for feedback Identify trouble spots and timely report the same. to ensure timely resolution Deliver progress reports, MIS & presentations. Adapt effectively to customised processes & execute such processes with 100%accuracy & due diligence by applying job knowledge & experience Adhere to record management & data confidentiality norms Identify trouble spots and timely report the same.
