Job Description

* You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Internationals Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Relation Officer/Executive is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division. You would be responsible to make a positive guest experience, VIP rooms and guests are to be taken care with personalized services. The GRE /GRO would be the point of contact for any special request made by the guest. Should be able to resolve issues faced by the guest during their period of stay. , * Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
