Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are having an opening for a Guest Service Associate and operations associate position for Mumbai location.For more details, you can contact Anamika at hidden_mobile / hidden_mobile or you can mail your cv to hidden_emailPlease find the JD :Position: Guest Service Associate - OperationsReporting to: Duty Manager / Executive Operations / Team Leader - OperationsQualification: Undergraduate OR Graduate / Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management / Any Specialization in F&B or hospitality or Aviation related fieldExperience: Fresher / 1 year of experience in cinema, retail, or restaurant operationsSalary: 12k to 18k (Depending upon the interview)Timings: Morning and Evening ShiftsFUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible to sell the food items across the counter and in the auditorium. Responsible to promote all promotions associated with brand partners related to Box Office / Food& Beverage. Prepares the wooden tray, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled,performing all other preparation tasks. Responsible to collect cash for each sale done. Responsible to record the sale and cash collected at the end of each shift. Responsible to use the POS for recording the sale. Responsible to record all items received at the counter at the beginning during the shift. Responsible to check the quality of the items being placed in the warmer and cold case. Responsible to arrange and serve the food as per the hygiene standard using gloves and tongs. Responsible to use dispensing machine for coffee tea coke Responsible to use selling devices such as hand held and PDA devices. Responsible to keep clean work area like food counter warmers - cold cases dispensing machine- Popcorn maker and floors are clean. Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchenstaff is running out of any items.etc. Presenting menus, suggesting dishes, assisting in drink selection, informing customers about foodpreparation details, communicating specific customer needs to the commis. Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering dessertsand drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses. Prepare mixed drinks for service to the customers table. Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change. Filling in for absent staff as needed. Assisting with special events as needed. Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting.
