Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesKey Requirement:

  • Own Conversational AI (for Chatbot, WhatsApp) as an independent business channel
  • Lead a team of product managers, UX designers, AI conversation designers, Chatbot developers and Chatbot content managers to drive digital servicing transformation, centered around creating effortless and personalized customer interactions at scale
Responsibilities:
  • Own the Experience, Solutioning, and Platform
  • Own and build Customer journeys, own the platform UX, UI
  • Define, track and own the KPIs (CSAT, NPS, MAU, DAU, etc.) for Chatbot / WhatsApp Channel
  • Build and execute the roadmap
  • Define new use cases working closely with business verticals
  • Analyze data and recommend changes required in the content/system for improving engagement
  • Regular industry analysis of Conversational Bots/WhatsApp space
  • Create reports/analysis, build deep customer insight
  • Work with various teams (IT, Business solutions, Marketing, etc.) to ensure right features are created with maximum efficiency and ROI for the bank
  • Work with marketing to drive internal and external communication and adoption pertaining to Conversational AI channels
Desired Profile:
  • Should have around 10 years experience (as a proxy to the experience, age should be up to 35 year with exception up to 37 Year)
  • Techno-functional background (Understanding of how a solution would work and potential challenges/possibilities)
  • Previous experience of managing Conversational Bot/ Chatbot/ WhatsApp in a B2C setting is preferred
  • Exposure to Data science and AI/ML models - preferred
  • Data-driven with a knack for defining, tracking and analyzing metrics
  • Ability to understand customer psychology and motivation around the use cases
  • A deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for the same
  • Ability to manage and work with team; should be also an individual contributor
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work with cross funct
