    • Fund manager to lead the Investment strategy group for RESIDENTIAL real estate fund and expand the LTR Investment platform. An Ideal candidate is an investment professional that will help lead research and due diligence efforts across all private market segments (private equity, real estate, private credit). Candidate should have in depth knowledge of residential development or must have seen the phases of residential development. Essential aspects of a candidates skill set include knowledge of the financial markets, Investment manager evaluation, Risk & Compliance Management, strong analytical skills & effective interpersonal style.
    Roles & Responsibilities:Originated, structured, and negotiated Investment Opportunities across asset classes (residential, commercial, and retail) PAN IndiaDevelop investor confidence and belief in the companys vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework for the platform to deliver as per strategyFinancial Modelling and valuation analysis for Real estate Structured Investments-Real estate feasibility and location/ product mix analysisKey Relationship with developers and private equity fundsResponsible for executing all asset documents like like Debenture Subscription Agreement, Escrow Agreement and Finalised the Fund Documents (Contribution Agreement, Trust Deed, IMA, PPM etc.)Deal Development, Evaluation, structuring and term sheet negotiationAsset Management of portfolios and review periodic financials and investor reportingImplementation of Asset Management and Investment ProcessAnalyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the businessBenchmarking real estate sector trends, regulatory developments, and market information on Investment opportunitiesTo provide regular updates to the investors and Investment committee on various aspects of project performance.Risk & Compliance ManagementJob Qualifications & Key AttributesThe ideal candidate should have:Masters Degree in business Finance, accounting / CFA achievementApproximately 10-15 years of experience in investment management.Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to explain complex thoughts quickly and easily.Ability to work with a wide array of people across functions to achieve optimal outcomes.Excellent communication skills, analytical, intellectually curious, client-service oriented, have a hunger to learn, be open to feedback, and able to work in a team-based culture.High integrity is essential
