Job Description

- Implement Sales & Marketing strategies to increase presence in General Trade (GT) and grow revenue PAN India.- Develop and own the business plan for enhancing presence in GT segment- Visit markets with Regional Sales teams to get first-hand information on GT partner requirements / expectations- Identify new opportunities to grow revenue and become a preferred service providers for GT partners- Provide strategic guidance to the regional sales teams based on data and rigorously monitor implementation- Work in close coordination with Marketing and Product teams to develop and implement communication plan for engaging partners and improve user retention on the App- Analyze and report competitors strategies on pricing, markets, promos, schemes, product features- Own the Retailer Sales App and ensure it becomes the Go-To app for General Trade partners seeking additional revenue- Understand partner requirements / expectations App- Plan improvements in the App around end-to-end partner experience, new products and features, ease of usability, communication strategies- Work closely with the product and technology teams to achieve desired developments in App,
