• The TPSR program plays a central role across the Bank in managing vendor risk by implementing a standardized end to end data risk security assessment to third parties.
• The successful candidate will have strong experience leading and implementing third party information security programme in a large international institution.
• The key responsibilities of this role is to deliver TPSR Operations related, business funded projects, which will predominately involve performing end to end thirty party security assessments globally.
• Strong internal and external (to TPSR) stakeholder management to effectively identify potential project opportunities and to acquire appropriate funding and resources to support business / TPSR objectives.

BusinessThe successful candidate will have a deep understanding of technical knowledge related to cloud platforms, and IT general controls, information security, third party risk management and supply chain management. The major functional activities are :

• Interact with all levels of management within the Bank while performing third party security assessments of Third Parties in global business
• Effectively communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders
• Build and Manage team of Risk managers, Senior risk managers to deliver business goals
• Build and maintain an effective and efficient operating model for project delivery
• Drive prioritisation of deliverables within the project aligned to risk reduction goals
• Maintain and manage all aspects of project cost management, working with the TPSR Program team as well as business teams
• Collaborate and work with cross functional team members to effectively perform third party security assessments, and ensure quality and timely execution
• Ensuring Risk Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk mitigation for all third party as per standards.
• End to end project delivery including, scope, schedule, budget, risk, dependencies and all aspects of project management,
• Work with management in the development of new/amended processes, innovative ways of working and reviewing risk and control assessments
• Assist Head Operation and Management TPSR in the forward planning and prioritisation of assessments or requests from business stakeholders, and resource allocations
• Monitor and report on third party security risk compliance to India stakeholders

Risk Management

• Ensure that issues are identified, escalated, and addressed as per project management standards and TPSA processes
• Manage the Third Party Security Risk professionally and efficiently, closely tracking deliverables and commitments.

Governance

• Establish strong ties into the TPSR program management function and the relevant business lines governance, risk and control committees to ensure adequate monitoring, tracking and governance over the delivery of projects / project assessments

Other Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with identified stakeholders and understand their strategic goals, in order to ensure ICS alignment.
• Articulate the views of the Bank on ICS TPSR regulatory and resiliency matters in various organisations and with regulators.
• Build trusted working relationships with other security functional heads, risk and compliance counterparts, and business unit stakeholders.
• Embed Here for Good and Group s brand and values in the TPSR Team
• Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor degree or above from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ideally 15-20 years of experience in information security / IT auditing / ICS Risk, with Big 4 and/or Banking & Financial services experience
• 10 + years experience in complex program and project management, PMP knowledge is added advantage
• Experience in third party audits is a plus, but understanding of auditing standards, compliance, risk assessment and internal control frameworks is a requirement.
• Familiarity with working in a MNC or cross-cultural setting.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to draft reports that clearly communicate observations and risks would be required.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to interact at all levels across an organisation.
• Strong audit project organisation and management skills.
• Ability to multitask and ensure that all key priorities are delivered as per agreed timelines.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ISF, COSO), standards (e.g. ISO, NIST, CIS), information security principles, security architecture and regulatory requirements will be a plus.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint).
• Certifications (CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CCSP) will be a plus
