Job Description

    Our Client is a recognised leading boutique Executive Search firm based in Mumbai placed within the top-5 executive search firms in India Role : Head of Human Resources, Part time Role Reports to : Partner The employment engagement will be for 1 - 2 days a week Responsibilities: The Head - HR will be a change agent and evangelize and drive this transformation mandate across the Company. S/he will have a critical role to play in prioritizing the opportunities for transformation and partnering with all stakeholders to create and institutionalize practices that transform behaviour, culture, and have impact on business goals. Key Accountabilities: 1. Strategic HR - Through a discovery exercise, identify opportunities for transformation. Align people strategy with overall business growth plans.2. Learning & Development- Take the Organization effectiveness to a higher level along with making learning3. Policy Formulation and Implementation -Revamp people policies along the entire lifecycle including but not limited to identifying talent, talent management, redesigning career tracks and organization talent reviews to engage, manage and enhance development of people fun and consistent4.Talent and Performance Management - Create and measure lead and lag metrics, Competency model, IDP5. Talent Acquisition & Branding- Review and make recommendations in the current selection process to attract high calibre individuals aligned to the industry demands and to Hunt Partners culture6. Compensation & Benefits - Review and recommend an effective compensation structure and banding aligned with the companys philosophy and to reward and recognize top performers COMPETENCIES - Business acumen- Strategic and analytical skills- Energy and drive- Strong interpersonal skills- Decisive / states point of view- Solution orientation- Listener and effective communicator Candidates with 10-15 yrs experience with who has worked at least for 2-4 yrs in good organization with education from premier institutes and ready to take up this assignment for weekly twice.,
