Job Description

    Position: Head IT (MNC Manufacturing Co)Role:- Understand the growth enablers of the Companys business and conversion of those into appropriate IT Strategy in order to achieve business objectives- Drive Multiple Automation Projects at the Company, after a proper Gap Analysis and Benchmarking with best practices across the Industry- Will be responsible for managing all IT Verticals of the company like IT Applications (ERP and other applications), Infrastructure and Security- Will be responsible for managing the IT Infrastructure for Corporate Office and Manufacturing Plant- Good experience in Database management- Drive automation of the Manufacturing Plant including connected Machines by leveraging technologies like Industry 4.0, MES, IOT, Cloud and MobilityRequirements:- 12-18 yrs of IT experience in Manufacturing Companies, preferably from the Capital Goods sector- Should be very hands on- Exposure to all IT verticals for manufacturing companies including IT Applications (ERP etc.), IT Infrastructure, Security, Industry 4.0 etc.- Good exposure to SAP- Good at understanding and prioritisation of automation projects to maximise cost effectiveness- Good communication skills- Good exposure in IT Project ManagementLocation: Mumbai.
