Job Description

As a Product Manager in the Managed Investment team, you ll be responsible for helping increase SCB customer base and product penetration with tech-led solutions. You are an organized and detail-oriented product manager with experience working across web and mobile platforms. You are a natural collaborator and love being part of a cross-functional team. You relish rolling up your sleeves and explaining complex requirements to engineers, designers, and data analysts. You also build strong relationships with your marketing peers. You are masterful in prioritizing effectively and making tradeoffs across a range of tasks and initiatives. You live for iteration and know that the job of building software is never done.Our Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years experience and proven knowledge in Wealth Management, Managed Investments or Mutual Funds
  • 7 -10 years in Agile as a Product Owner (or a similar role) with Experience of digital implementation and transformation
  • Deep understanding of industry trends in wealth-tech and client needs and expectations and the ability to create a value proposition and a squad vision
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and utilise customer feedback to deliver a product that customers love
  • Demonstrated track record of leading teams to deliver objectives
  • Previously coached and mentored team members with regular feedback sessions
  • Previously defined product requirements and development roadmap based on functional expertise
  • Demonstrated experience using Agile and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Centred Design (HCD) Techniques and experience in building efficient delightful user journeys
  • Scrum Master, Product Owner certification (or equivalent) is a plus
  • Strong prioritization and analytical skills to manage backlog for the squad
  • Strong communication skills to synchronize tasks, clarify requirements and delivery expectations with stakeholders
  • Ability to design frameworks, user stories and customer journeys
Experience in WealthTech with understanding of portfolio construction, basics of regulatory client reporting requirements and automation logic for performance calculation, portfolio rebalancing, etc is a big positive.,
