Job SummaryResponsible for managing the entire division portfolio topline and profitability.   • Experience of managing multiple brands.
  • Should have experience of leading a team(more than 2yrs)
  • Successful record of establishing new categories / concepts /needs among end users
  • Should have handled brand planning for atleast 5 annual cycles as a Marketing Manager
  • Should have hands on experience in creating LRPs (Longrangestrategicplans)
  • Should have created ATL communication and should be deft in Media planning and Digital marketing
  • Proven track record for designing, implementing andtracking impact of creative marketing programs throughsalesforce
  • Possess skills like Strategic Thinking, Analytical skills andCommunication(oral, written, presentation)
  • Should be excellent in interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Should be creative and have innovative problem solving abilities
