This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role ResponsibilitiesThe Head of Research & Client Insights will develop CCIB DCDAs Client Experience listening program and be an influential evangelist across CCIB representing the voice of our clients. Your team will shape our Client Experience strategies. You will develop a team of researchers, CX strategists and data scientists to improve our Client Experience learning cycles. Your team will implement new research & insights platforms. You will oversee insights development and youll create new operational models that move insights into agile work streams and product strategies. You will be responsible for our Voice of the Client storytelling.

  • Youve established a Voice of the Customer program with measurable client outcomes
  • Youve developed and managed quantitative and qualitative data & research teams
  • Youre as comfortable shaping data models & segmentation strategies to drive client outcomes as you are developing an NPS or client satisfaction program
  • Youre adept at overseeing the implementation & management of platforms such as Qualtrics, Google Analytics, Medallia

  • Curious, expansive thinker who poses penetrating questions
  • People Leader invested in the mentorship and development of your team
  • Good Knowledge in Strategy & Process development, Customer Journey, Driving changes from Insights.
  • 10+ Years of Experience Required in Strong data storytelling capabilities
