Roles and ResponsibilitiesIndirect Taxation o Filing of Service Tax Return till last quarter o Filing of VAT Return o GST Registration of all the branches (GSTN)o Filing of Centralized GST Returns such as GSTR 3B, GSTR 1 etc. o Filing of Tran 1 & Tran 2 for Opening Stocks of 32 Locations. o Filing of GSTR 6 ISD return every month & preparing of invoices. o Reconciliation of GSTR 2A with Purchase register of Company. o Handling GST Audit of 32 GSTN in Centralized manner. o Filing of GSTR 9 & 9C of Company. o Handling Litigation Matter of Company in various fields such as Service tax, Excise Law, VAT & Entry tax of Group Companies. o Drafting of Reply for Notices of GST, Service tax, VAT, Excise etc. Direct Taxation o Filing Income Tax Returns of promoters Group. o Filing of Profession tax Return for Company every Month. o Handling Litigation matter of Income tax by providing Documents & inputs etc.,
