Purpose of the RoleThe City Head will be responsible for growth and operations of 1mg in Mumbai - across all our business lines. As the City P&L owner, the City Head will drive all key initiatives and teams to achieve sustainable and accelerated growth, while maintaining operational excellence and efficiencies. This is a high visibility and impact role, and can groom into a larger leadership role in the region and organization in due course.If youre looking to join a dynamic, growing team in a high-impact role, we want to speak with you!Key responsibilities of the role holder- Own the complete P&L responsibility for the city - across all business lines of 1mg- Drive-up growth and take suitable city-specific and hyperlocal marketing/growth activities- Improve customer engagement, delight and retention- Maintain and grow city profitability- Ensure smooth and efficient operations- Mentor and lead the city team to drive outcomes- Be the face of 1mg for all stakeholders in the cityThe ideal candidate should have- - 7+ years of experience- 2+ years of experience leading a city / region- 2+ years of experience in Mumbai- Experience in driving growth through BTL drives, market activations, channel partnerships and other initiatives a must- Experience in launching new markets / products would be useful- Ecommerce / Startup experience would be an added advantage- Strong Analytical and Communication skills- Team leadership experienceQualifications- Masters (MBA preferred, but not essential)Purpose of the RoleThis job opening was posted long time back.
