Job Description

    Head Pricing- Looking to hire a Pricing Head in a freight forwarding (air and ocean) company headquartered in Mumbai.- A candidate having minimum 12 years experience in sea export pricing along with excellent relationship with shipping lines/NVOCC.Client Details : Our client is a leading technology oriented company simplifying import-export process along with helping businesses to reduce logistics overhead headquartered in Mumbai.Description :Reporting into the Director, you will be responsible for : - Pricing for Export & Import (For Ocean) for PAN India- Working with Ocean freight Product Managers and Sales in an aggressive pricing department to support set growth targets- Handling pricing of project shipment which includes special equipment, RORO, Break Bulk- Responding to corporate customer needs/enquiries & also attend their monthly RFQ/Tenders- Maintaining & developing carrier relationship along with creating and presenting monthly KPIs (including but not limited to: Number of quotes, Success, gained TEUs, etc.)- Working closely with Product and Sales Managers to develop strategies for new/ existing customerProfile :- Ideally, you should have 12+ years of experience with graduate in any specialization and knowledge in ocean freight forwarding (NVOCC), air freight, both import and export.- You should have handled local and global tenders and work closely with trade managers.- You should be tech savvy and able to strategize in todays environment.- You should be a team leader and have excellent communication skills.- You should have an excellent track record in your earlier professional stint and should be ready for the next challenging assignment.Job Offer :- Opportunity to work with senior leadership.- Great remuneration.
