Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greeting of the day!Were Hiring for Head- QA/ QC and RAResponsibilities
      • Spearhead QA, QC and RA to align with best operational practices
      • Ensure quality management system (QMS) compliance across the organization as per the current GMP requirements / industrial practices.
      • Ensure validation & regulatory filing of process modifications & new products
      • Resolve queries by co-ordinating for external audit (client and regulatory)
      • Ensure quality management system (QMS) compliance across the organization as per the Current GMP requirements / Industrial practices.
      • Root cause analysis of major deviation, implement CAPA for incidents & deviations
      • Allocation of resources to QC and QA
      • Drive QMS at CMO
      • Ensure Operation and quality management system of MIBEC site.
      • Engage with management in decision-making and in proactive controlling, with timely, concise, correct, fact-based quality analysis, reporting and forecasting
      • Have control on all regulatory reporting to be done on time in accordance with local and international standards and regulations.
      • Proactively drive the department based on quality information and objectives to ensure that products are delivered as per the requirements.
      • Corrective actions for any deviation that may arise
      • Business partner to procurement, operation, and sales team.
      • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving the queries.
      • Monitoring all regulatory reporting is done timely and according to local and global standards and regulations.
      • Have control on process and internal controlling to ensure 100% reliability in quality data
      • Conduct training of Quality and RA team members.
      • Ensuring the cost efficiency in processes.
      • Conduct regular internal reviews
      • Ensure the effective implementation and validation of ERP
