We are looking for Head Technical Support Marketing for one of the largest manufacturer and exporter of Colour & Additive Master Batches and Thermoplastic Compounds for the Plastic Processing Industry.Department : Technical Support Reports to : COO Direct Reports GM-Technical Support (filler application), Manager -Technical support ( textile/PET application, Manager-Technical support (Film application), Executive-Technical Support Education :- M.Sc.(Polymer) /Degree or Diploma in Plastic TechnologySkills & Knowledge :Necessary :- Knowledge pertaining to production and testing of Masterbatch /Filler/Compounds- Knowledge of the Company product line, product applications and competitors products- Knowledge of Customer Complaint Handling- Knowledge of Softwares required for preparing technical documents- Business acumen- Analytical Skills- Presentation Skills- Communication Skills- Interpersonal SkillsPreferred :- Knowledge of latest product applications- Knowledge of Latest technological developments in the field of plastic pertaining to Masterbatches etc- Knowledge and experience of advanced testing like DSC, TGA, FTIR, SEM, Weathering .- Knowledge of colour pigments and additivesExperience : - Experience in polymers/ polymer processing of at least 12 yearsCompetencies :- Customer orientation- Teamwork- Communication and negotiation- Innovative and creativeRole and Responsibilities :1.
