Job Description

    Our client is Indias fastest growing & well established Higher-EdTech organization in India. They are a large Educational services organization offering a wide variety of education services and solutions to clients across India. They have tie ups with the most recognized institutes across the globe.They are looking to hire a Head of Software Engineering for their organization. This is a great opportunity to join in and grow the technology solutions for the organization.The Technology Head will be responsible for :- Build & lead the engineering team (50+) and be a part of the business leadership team- Build, deploy the complete EdTech stack (LMS, CRM, Partner management, etc.)- Work closely with CEO and Digital Transformation Head to keep technology at the forefront of business strategy and tactics.- Lead by Example for the team of developers, UI/UX developers, BAs etc.- Work directly with the dev teams/marketing /sales/ delivery teams to define & Manage prioritizationTo qualify for this position, you must :- 13+ years of experience in Technology- 3+ years of leadership experience of leading Software Teams- Have experience in defining Technology Strategy and Roadmaps- Must have experience in developing Customer Facing / B2C / D2C Solutions- Full-stack experience, Experience with Java, React Native, AWS, and similar frameworks- Have some experience of developing for mobile- Have experience in managing Stake-holders and Reporting- Great communication skillsPlease note :- We manage profiles in confidence and do not share it with clients without your consent- We will not be able to name the client offhand - till our teams have shortlisted your profile- It would help if you could mention your compensation.,
