Job Description

Information about JPMorgan Chase & Co. is available at www.jpmorganchase.com .In this position the candidate will be responsible for solving complex business problems through deep quantitative and qualitative analysis to influence growth and marketing initiatives of consumer cards businesses on digital channels. The ideal candidate will be an expert in synthesizing data to drive business decisions with a passion for business strategy and analytics.Key Responsibilities:The main responsibility of this role will be to lead the expansion of Analytics for the Cards Business on digital channels such as Chase.com, Paid Search, Affiliates and other emerging channels. The role will include the following.
    • Increase Acquisitions: Manage data driven strategies to drive the growth of Card Acquisitions through innovative product features, content initiatives, and marketing/communication efforts. Develop real-time and monthly refreshed performance dashboard with digital KPIs and tracking metrics across traffic, conversion, etc.
    • Campaign Performance: Optimize and measure effectiveness of campaigns through Emails, Paid Search and Programmatic Display/Video.
    • Targeting and Testing: Deploy in-house and vendor data to improve targeting for various marketing initiatives. Lead the strategy for offer testing, hypothesis development, data analysis, generating insights and present findings.
    • Improve Customer Experience in Acquisitions: Track and evaluate the impact of changes in Page Designs and Navigation.
    • Expand Data Infrastructure: Innovate, Architect and design to put the data to use to grow the Chase Business through Acquisitions and increased Product Usage. Collaborate with development teams to automate and combine data across product and channel
    • Personalize Digital Journey: Use data to strategize, implement and track customized Ads to increase engagement on our internal platforms leveraging Machine Learning capabilities.
    Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics or related quantitative discipline.
    • Advanced quantitative degree preferred.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • 4-7 years of experience performing data analyses, reporting, experimentation and storytelling.
    • Experience using SQL/SAS/Python/Hive.
    • Self-sufficiency in querying and extracting data from Enterprise databases (Teradata, etc), Hadoop platforms or AWS/Azure.
    • At least 1 year experience in handling Digital Data or Clickstream Data.
    • Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar tools like Adobe Insights/Site Catalyst, Google Analytics.
    • Understanding of digital data architecture and work flows
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile business environment.
    Nice-to-have quantitative/technical skills:
    • Digital Testing on Adobe Target or similar tools
    • Modeling/Segmentation using Machine Learning (GLM, Gradient Boosting, etc), Decision Trees/Random Forest, Deep Learning
    • Basic JavaScript and using Tag Management Tools
    • Automating Reports using Tableau
    • Experience in Financial Services Industry
