Job Description

    We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our organization as Finance Controller.Required Qualification - CA Brief JD -
    1. Financial Analysis and Reporting
    2. Analyse the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
    3. Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
    4. Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
    5. Ad-hoc business performance reporting
    6. Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
    7. Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
    8. Develop financial models and analyse them to support strategic initiatives
    9. Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
    10. Conduct analyses and reporting for corporate functions including, monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance analysis, pipeline analysis, and graphical summaries of business unit financial performance.
    11. Support corporate consolidation analyses and reporting, including annual corporate budgeting process
    12. Corporate functions planning and forecasting as part of annual corporate-wide planning processes.
    13. Support the implementation of new financial reporting and roll out of the Hyperion planning system
    14. Other ad-hoc financial analyses
    15. Work Pattern - 5 days from Office and Saturday will be work from home
