    Dear Candidates,Greetings fromReliance Commercial Finance Ltd !!Currently we are hiring for Credit & Risk Manager , Dadar, MumbaiQualification - Minimum Graduation for any streamExperience - Relevant 10 - 14 yrsRoles & ResponsibilitiesPosition - Credit & Risk ManagerLocation - Mumbai (Corporate Office)Specific Responsibilities -
    • Contributing to the maintenance, communication and implementation of the underwriting strategy
    • Ensuring that the underwriting performance of the Company is planned and achieved: taking such remedial action as is necessary within the limits of the underwriting authority given to you.
    • Leading in the underwriting by developing and maintaining an underwriting policy covering the nature of acceptable risks. Ensuring that all such risks fall within the policy and underwriting strategy.
    • Ensuring the continuing analysis of underwriting results to ensure that trends are identified and opportunities exploited or remedial action taken to increase the Companys overall profit margins
    • Managing the pricing risks associated with the group of Companies and contributing to their successful operation.
    • Introducing, developing and maintaining appropriate tools for the profitable underwriting and review of the Groups products
    • Reviewing the underwriting risk profile of all products and proposing strategies for approval by the Executive Management.
    • Identifying, recruiting, training and developing staff for the underwriting for various range of products.
    • Manage Credit Underwriting to policy
    • Monitor Delinquency and NPA to budgeted levels for the product
