Job Description

    Reporting To Operations Head and Business HeadQualification Bachelors Degree in IT & IT Work Experience More than 3 yearsSkills In-depth knowledge of Hardware and Software knowledge, self-driven and motivatedRoles & ResponsibilitiesAs a IT head you to are manage and supervise an organizations technical operations whichincludes overseeing IT department employees and ensuring all technology systems andapplications support our client and our organizations goals and objectives.1.Overseeing all IT operations and infrastructure.2. Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategiesand evaluating IT projects in line with the client requirement and organizationalobjectives3. Liaising with clients and operations team in determining and addressing their IT needsand requirements4. Managing and supervising day to day Operations and mitigating any issues on IT front & troubleshooting them5. Analyse the business requirements of all clients to determine their technology needsand ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems6. Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement7. Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software8. Control budget and report on IT expenditure, Preparing IT budget requirements9. Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors10. Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner11. Maintaining IT asset inventory and timely updation12. Tracking on IT asset insurance and PO renewals of ILL/ ISP lines , UPS & FirewallsSkillsYou will need to show evidence of the following:1. Basic degree in Computer Science with proven 3+work experience in the IT2. In-depth knowledge of Hardware and Software knowledge3. Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and developments4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills5. Strong leadership and project management skills6.
