Job Description

    Role: - Quality Assurance & ControlQualification: - Engineering / GraduateExperience: 2-3 Years of Experienced into cleanroom panelSalary: 20-25k -Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.Develop and track a project schedule including trade manpower loading for the projectEstablish project cost control centers for tracking of equipment, material, labour, subcontracts and miscellaneous costsDirect trade planners in the development of shop drawings and coordinate the planning efforts with other trades.Develop the piping trade construction standards for the projectProcure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendorsInspect the jobsite on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety.Follow-up on any required warranty work and maintain contact with owner to ensure customer satisfactionEstimate changes in scope of work.Key Skills: -Experience in commercial HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing and sheet metalExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenExcellent organization skillsSolid knowledge of the construction processGood computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft ProjectCandidate should be well versed with: -1. MS Office2. AutoCADLocation , Thane, Kalyan, dombivali, Mumbai city.
