    • Collaborate with the team and work with key business stakeholders to define talent related needs within the organisation to provide positive outcome
    • Utilize various innovative sourcing channels (Eg - job boards/portals, social media, professional networks and referrals) to proactively identify potential candidates and establish robust talent pipelines and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
    • Implement fully automated hiring process on HRMS platform (Darwin Box) and utilize metrics to create comprehensive reports, enabling the identification of areas of improvement
    • Proficiency in handling mass hiring and volume hiring
    • Provide regular updates, metrics and reports on recruitment activities to the Leadership
    • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, as necessary
    Essential Skills
    • Extensive background in end-to-end recruitment and skilled in developing impactful employment branding strategies
    • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different role
    • Proficiency in hiring candidates across all organizational levels
