This is an exciting opportunity to build HR experience with a global organisation.What will you do:Deliver first line support for all HR queries across the spectrum of the employee lifecycle from new hires to employees leaving the business - including:All employee related administration for HR processesOnboarding of new hires - Orientation and query resolutionRunning the exit process in adherence to the SOPs to ensure a hassle free experience within the stipulated TAT for full and final completionMaintain information, resources, manuals and policies onlineHandling workflows in HRIS - WorkdayQuery management through the Service Now platformSupport knowledge sharing and query resolution through live chatsDeliver HR support in line with local employment legislationSupport local HR Generalist group with ad-hoc requestsBenefits enrolment, initiate payments and processingResponsible for the accurate filing and storing of employee data and documentation according to the respective data protection requirementsWho are we looking for:3-5 years previous experience in HR OperationsGraduate in any fieldAbility to interpret and communicate HR policies and proceduresAbility to communicate and deliver excellent customer care via email and query resolution model is essentialProcess improvement skillsService-oriented attitude and willingness to learnPossess good listening skills and patienceAbility to maintain a positive attitudeIndividual should have high energy with the ability to coordinate/prioritise workload at the same time multitaskingProficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointAbout us:As the world leader in serving science, our work is more than something that fills our days.
