Job Description

    Responsibilities
    • Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
    • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
    • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
    • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as retention and Learning & Development
    • Collaborate with the team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
    • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
    • Initiate value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance
    • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports
    • Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices
    • Improving relations between employees and employers
    Qualifications / Preferences
    • Bachelors / Masters degree
    • 4 - 5 years of experience as an Hrbp
    • Strong organization, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
    • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Meticulous attention to details
    • Proactive nature
