Working across multiple industries, we have designed and developed breakthrough analytic products and decision-making tools by leveraging predictive analytics, AI, machine learning, and deep domain expertise.Job Title: HR - Placement Coordinator Data Analytics- MumbaiJob Responsibilities:Tie up with corporates and companies for placement of students.Prepare resumes, conduct interviews with all students, aid all graduates, and review all procedures of placement department.Promote all placements of graduates to various prospective employers through phone, email and meetings.Connect students to employers by facilitating interviews, matching students to internship sites, and assisting with job placement.Coordinate with career guidance staff to establish students goals and assess readiness for employment.Provide work placement information to employers and representativesDevelop and implement marketing plans and strategies for job placement and work-based learning opportunitiesSupervise the receiving of job orders from employers; match students and graduates to jobs and maintain records of students and graduates placed in jobs.Establish and maintain relationships with area employers, job placement agencies.Research job market trends and requirements.Key Skills: Key Skills:Counseling techniques, both individually and group.Operate Business-related software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.Attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality.High integrity and ethical standards.Charismatic, competitive and enthusiastic personalityExcellent interpersonal and customer-facing skillsRecord-keeping techniques.Mandatory:Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Expertise in Microsoft Office.Exposure to B2B market in recruitment/Training and Development IndustryGender: OpenExperience: 2-3 yearsJob Location: Andheri East, MumbaiIndustry: EdTech/RecruitmentWorking Days: 5 days (10am to 7pm)Qualification: Bachelors degree in any stream.Notice Period: Immediate to 30 daysRelocation candidates: NOAbout Morpheus Consulting:Morpheus Consulting understands the dynamics attached to talent acquisition, relationship management and the required service levels within the regional industry.
