  • Min 1-year recruitment experience preferably in BFSI domain/Non-IT recruitment and into volume hiring
  • MBA HR Freshers/HR Interns interested to make career in HR can apply
  • Candidates should have good communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Should be able to work under pressure and should be aggressive in meeting goals
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Graduate
  • CTC: 16,775 to 20,000 CTC Per Month + Performance based incentives
  • On 3rd party payroll
Position: HR Executive -Talent Acquisition Team
  • To source BFSI sales profiles from job portals as per the role requirements given location wise Pan-India level within the defined timelines
  • Sourcing, screening, telephonic interviewing, shortlisting, and arranging for candidate interviews withBranch Managers
  • To explain the candidates on the job description and the job role benefits and send them to branches Pan-India locations for face-to-face rounds
  • On being selected, complete the joining formalities, and make the candidates join
  • Follow-up and coordinate diligently on the lined-up candidates at every stage from screening to joining stage
  • To coordinate with Team Leader/Sr. Manager in the event of any challenges faced from interview to joining stage
  • To cultivate and build stakeholder relationships with business heads, zonal/regional HR for facilitating position closures
