Titan is email built for new businesses and is sold through web-hosting companies and domain registrars.Role OverviewFlock is looking to hire an HR Generalist in theCorporate HR team. You will be responsible for partnering across major Functions and Projects with HR Business Partners and Learning Partners to deliver all HR interventions. Additionally, you will also be responsible to own all HR processes and operations end to end for Flock, streamline and enhance employee experience from hiring to exit and create dashboards and reports to highlight key people trends to business leaders.What is the Job like

  • Work with HR Business Partner and Learning Partner on BU specific projects and people initiatives
  • Drive regular employee check-ins to understand and analyze employee sentiments on relevant drivers
  • Analyze data and prepare dashboards and reports to be presented to business stakeholders
  • Assist in the development, implementation, communication, and streamlining of HR processes and policies
  • Be the single point of contact for all HR data for the business and work closely with the extended teams like compensation and benefits, learning, engagement, etc.
  • Play a role of an evangelist for new joiners and be their touchpoint for all HR related concerns
  • Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence basis research on industry best practices and efficiencies for employees and HR
  • Provide assistance to stakeholders and HR Business Partners in routine activities and HR projects

Familiarity with key aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, appraisals, compensation & benefits, and exits
  • Team player and collaborator: Able to work with a diverse set of individuals and teams comfortably. Believes in openly sharing knowledge and helping team members out and is enjoyable to work with
  • Excellent communication skills: Good persuasive and communication skills, employee-focused with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Ability to lead meetings and presentations, and the ability to interface with all stakeholders with tact and diplomacy
  • Self-starter: Self-starting, resilient attitude and highly proactive style of work, with a demonstrated track record of developing innovative approaches
  • Critical thinking: Uses logic and reasoning to identify the pros and cons of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Thinks through every approach before suggesting or implementing it and weighs success of initiatives against impact created
  • Creativity: Able to conceptualize event themes and design event creatives in partnership with the Visual Design team or using open source platforms like Canva
  • Excellent content writing skills: Able to write or curate engaging and creative content for all internal cultural interventions, communication drives, and announcements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience of 2-4 years working in an HR department
  • Natural interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems
