Job Description

    Dear jobseekers,We are currently looking out for some smart and motivated individuals to join our Tech based Client(Google Funded Startup).Open Position:HR-GeneralistLocations: Gurgaon sector 39 / Andheri East,Mumbai / Sector 6 HSR Layout, Bangalore.No of Days Working: 6 Days a Week.General/Day ShiftsResponsibilities:
    • Responsible for managing the entire Employee Life Cycle from joining till exit and ensure a smooth transition of the employees during working with the company.
    • Implementation of HRMS Software with different modules like Attendance and Leave, Exit, Performance Management, Exit Etc.
    • Adherence to end to end Onboarding of Team Members
    • Responsible for delivering high-quality employee experience, by new initiatives in employee engagement
    • Act as first point of contact for escalated concerns
    • Maintain, update and implement all HR Procedures and ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR deliverables
    • Ensure completion of Attendance Management, Exit formalities
    • Provide resolution for escalated issues and grievance
    • Use tools report to perform analysis on various HR metrics
    Qualifications
    • 3 Years Relevant work experience in HR Operations/ HR Generalist
    • Strong Analytical Skills & Business Acumen
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong track record of execution
    • Graduation is a must.
