Job Description

    1. Update current and design new recruiting procedures
    2. Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g.time-to-hireandcost-per-hire)
    3. Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
    4. Research and choose job advertising options
    5. Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
    6. Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods
    7. Effectively managing vendors to ensure healthy line ups and pipeline
    8. Determining suitable salaries and remuneration
    9. Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
    10. Developing adequate induction and training plan for newcomers
    11. Assisting with the performance management and review process
    12. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
    13. Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform managers about changes in regulations
    14. Employee Engagement (e.g. doing office fun activity, planning outing)
    15. Participate in job fairs and career events
    1. Basic requirement:
    2. Bachelors degree from university or similar work experience required
    3. 3+ years of experience in human resource roles
    4. Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager,Recruitment Consultant
    5. Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
    6. Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
    7. Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
